All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high-volume drops or launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on customs)

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Hooklyn NYC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Hooklyn NYC pieces, but we understand that issues can happen.

All Sales Are Final

Due to our small business operations, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and work to resolve the problem.

Eligibility for Resolution

To be eligible for support:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition (if applicable)

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of issue (photos) is required

Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item (if available)

  • Store credit

  • Or a refund, depending on the situation
